2. Adopting Mitsubishi servo motor to drive the plunger pump, with fast speed and high filling accuracy; Adjusting the volume is also easier, just input the volume to be filled from the touch screen.
3. According to the characteristics of different products, the filling nozzle can have functions such as anti drip, anti pull, bottom up filling, and bubble killing.
For hot filling, we have made double-layer jacketed cans that can be heated to maintain the temperature of the internal products. There is also a mixer inside that can stir evenly.
5. There is a liquid level controller inside the tank, which is used to control the pump to deliver the product to the machine tank or automatically stop the delivery.
