This machine is used to label self-adhesive stickers onto objects. It’s applicable for round containers or other round objects, half circle or whole circle labeling.

1. Bottles separate device

It’s used to separate the distance between each bottle, to ensure every bottle will be labeled with sticker.

2. Label roll installation

Label roll is installed here to feed stickers during the machine is working.

3. Touch screen

The Touch screen is from Mistubishi, works together with the PLC which is from Mistubishi too, to control the whole machine. Each parameter can be set on the Touch screen.

4. Label sensor

The stickes sensors are from Leuze, to detect the stickers. During labeling, when a blank space arrives at the sensor position, label moving stop to wait for another bottle. Transparent stickers need to use special sensors.

5. Hand wheel adjustment device

All the parts which are adjustable adopt hand wheel ajustment device to adjust. Easy to operate and stable.

6. Location device

This device is required if the bottle is to be labelled with a full circle, or if the orientation of the label is required, or in the other special situations.
