1. Bottles feeding device

It’s used to feeding round objects one by one. If the machine need to connect to other machine need to change it to be other device or need to remove it.

2. Label roll installation

Label roll is installed here to feed stickers during the machine is working.

3. Touch screen

The Touch screen is from Mitsubishi, works together with the PLC which is from Mitsubishi too, to control the whole machine. Each
parameter can be set on the Touch screen.

4. Labels sensor

The stickers sensors are from Leuze, to detect the stickers. During labeling, when a blank space arrives at the sensor position,label moving stop to wait for another bottle. Transparent stickers need to use special sensors.

5. Hand wheel adjustment device

All the parts which are adjustable adopt hand wheel adjustment device to adjust. Easy to operate and stable。

6. Labeling position can be customized
